Your guide arrives the day before
24 hours before your start, a private link to your digital guide arrives by email: every stop, one tasting per dish with its price, the stories behind them, drinks, sights and recommended toilets.
Eat your way through it
Use it in any order and at your own pace over several days. You pay each vendor directly.

No commission from vendors
Vendors don't pay to be included and we take nothing from what you spend. The only money we make is the price of your guide.
Checked and dated
Prices and opening hours are checked with vendors or their published sources, and dated in your guide. You pay each vendor directly, at the counter.

Known closed days and thin days are listed on each food guide page before you buy, so you can plan around them.

Not every food guide offers every tier. Each food guide page shows which tiers are on sale there.
What “priced” means: a priced tasting is one whose price we have checked, and every tier guarantees at least that many. The route has more tastings than the minimum. Where a price couldn't be confirmed, your guide says so and asks you to check at the counter.
